We usually ship all orders same day. Please allow 3 to 5 days for your order to arrive.

US Orders
Packages are shipped out on Monday through Friday. Packages are not shipped on holidays or weekends.

Shipping times are estimated and are not guaranteed.

U.S.P.S. Standard (First Class) Shipping

  • Delivery within 3-5 days.
        Delivery times for the Continental U.S. only. International shipping times will be longer.
  • Monday - Saturday Delivery
  • For orders under 13 ounces only

U.S.P.S. Priority Mail

  • Delivery within 2-3 days.
        Delivery times for the Continental U.S. only. International shipping times will be longer.
  • Monday - Saturday Delivery

U.S.P.S. Express Mail

  • Delivery within 1-2 days.
        Delivery times for the Continental U.S. only. International shipping times will be longer.
  • Monday - Saturday Delivery

FedEx Standard Overnight

  • Next-business-day delivery by 3 p.m. to most U.S. addresses; by 4:30 p.m. to rural areas
  • Monday - Friday Delivery
  • Available for the Continental U.S. only.
  • Order Must be placed by 11am PST/2pm EST

  1. Simply pack all items being returned securely in the original package if possible.
  2. Enclose a copy of the original packing list with your Protecto Products Order Number. Be sure to keep the original packing list for your records.

Important Product Return Guidelines

  • To return an item, you must return the unused merchandise in new condition within 30 days.
  • All items must be unused and in like-new condition.
  • When we receive the return and have determined that it has not been used, we'll refund your credit card account for the full amount, minus the shipping charges (unless it's our fault that you're returning the merchandise). If the item is an exchange, you will be responsible for shipping costs. For your protection, we suggest that you return your merchandise via UPS or insured Parcel Post. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
